What do Shares cost?

How to Purchase

You can purchase, redeem, or exchange Shares any day the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Federal Reserve wire system are open. When a Fund receives your transaction request in proper form, it is processed at the next determined net asset value (NAV) plus the applicable sales charge (public offering price).

NAV is determined at the end of regular trading (normally 4:00 p.m. Eastern time) each day the NYSE is open. The Funds generally value equity securities according to the last sale price in the market in which they are primarily traded (either a national securities exchange or the over-the-counter market. Fixed income securities are generally valued at the last sale price on a national securities exchange, if available, otherwise, as determined by an independent pricing service. Short-term obligations are valued according to the mean between bid and asked prices as furnished by an independent pricing service, except that short-term obligations with remaining maturities of less than 60 days at the time of purchase may be valued at amortized cost or at fair market value as determined by the Board. The required minimum initial investment in each Fund is $1,000, unless the investment is in an Individual Retirement Account, in which case the minimum initial investment is $500. Subsequent investments in each Fund must be in amounts of at least $100. These minimums may be waived for purchase by the Trust Division of WesBanco for its fiduciary or custodial accounts and WesBanco employees and members of their immediate family. A Fund may waive the initial minimum investment from time to time.

An institutional investor’s minimum investment is calculated by combining all accounts it maintains with the Trust. Accounts established through investment professionals may be subject to a smaller minimum investment amount. Keep in mind that investment professionals may charge you fees for their services in connection with your Share transactions.
