B. Schmitt |

Jerome
B. Schmitt has been co-portfolio manager of the
Funds since their inception, and a principal of
the Adviser since its inception in 2001. He has
been employed by WesBanco Bank since 1972, serving
as Senior Vice President of WesBanco Trust and
Investment Services from 1991 to 1996, and as
Executive Vice President of Trust and Investment
Services since June 1996. Mr. Schmitt is responsible
for the activities of WesBanco Investment Department,
a registered investment adviser, and Adviser to
the Funds. He is also responsible for supervising
the activities of the Trust and Investment Services
department for WesBanco Bank. Mr. Schmitt is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and received his M.A.
in Economics from Ohio University. |

B. Ellwood |

David
B. Ellwood has been co-portfolio manager of the
Funds since their inception, and a principal of
the Adviser since its inception in 2001. He has
been employed by WesBanco Bank since 1982, serving
as Senior Vice President – Investments since
May 2000. Mr. Ellwood is engaged in portfolio
management and investment research for the Funds.
He is also responsible for supervising all investment
activities for the Trust and Investment Services
department of WesBanco Bank. Mr. Ellwood is a
Chartered Financial Analyst, and received a B.S.
degree in Business Administration from Wheeling
Jesuit University. |
